• Wire transfer management: Submit wire transfers and easily view your transfer history.
• Personalized alerts: Choose from over 40 personalized alerts to keep you informed of important account activity.
• Transaction dispute and stop payment options: Easily dispute transactions and place stop payments when needed.
• Transaction export to PDF: Export your transactions to PDF for easy record keeping.
• Branch and ATM locator: Find Vectra Bank branches and ATMs with ease using the app.

In addition to these features for personal banking, the app also offers convenient features for business banking:

• Bill Pay for businesses: Make quick payments to existing payees and easily manage one-time or recurring payments.
• ACH Direct Deposit for businesses: Send, edit, or cancel single or recurring payments, add or edit ACH payees, and review payment history.
• User Management for businesses: Add or edit users/entitlements, reset passwords, and perform other user management tasks.
• Dual Authorization for businesses: Submit approvals prior to cutoff to add an extra layer of security to certain transactions.

The Vectra Bank Mobile Banking app also prioritizes advanced security features to keep your information safe:

• Biometric authentication: Enable biometric authentication on supported devices for added security.
• Multi-factor authentication: Benefit from added layers of protection with multi-factor authentication.
• Security alerts: Set up and manage security alerts to stay informed of any suspicious account activity.

To use the app, you need to have a deposit, loan, line of credit, or credit card account with Vectra Bank. Additionally, you must have a compatible mobile device and a U.S. phone number. Connectivity to Wi-Fi or a mobile internet data service is also required.

Feature availability for business users is subject to user Entitlements. User Management and certain administrative capabilities are restricted to Customer System Administrators (CSAs) on the business profile. Additional conditions may apply, such as if the business has enrolled in Dual Authorization for certain transactions. For further information, please refer to the Digital Banking Service Agreement.

Approvals through the app are currently applicable for businesses enrolled in Dual Authorization, where two business users are required to complete certain transactions (one initiator and one approver).
